Like an instrument being tuned to produce music our body, mind and breath is tuned to perform in your life positively. It enhances the quality of your life and allows you to perform at your best.

We require energy to do any of our tasks. This energy is known as Prana in Sanskrit.  Prana sustains us. The higher the prana the better we excel in every field of our work. Pranayama practices are breathing techniques which our Rishis had mastered and passed down from generations. Doing Pranayama helps us in providing energy evenly to every cell in our body.  Healthy body is a healthy mind and a healthy mind is a dynamic life.

Our mind is bombarded with thoughts every moment and correspondingly an emotion with it. This constant thoughts bring tiredness to our being. Moving towards a silent mind is meditation. By stilling the mind we experience total rest and we get recharged. Creativity and innovation will happen.

It is a beautiful  journey in blossoming like from a bud to a flower. The Human mind is a field of all possibilities. Discovering this is Yoga.

You too can discover this possibility provided you take the challenge of a little discipline of practice. Make your life meaningful. The choice and challenge is yours. This is a beautiful journey of discovery of Yourself.
